Oscar Nominations have been handed out and we've got a Best Picture frontrunner (One Battle After Another), a record breaking film (Sinners), and a long list of snubs and surprises. The Academy usually does a strong job of recognizing the year's best artists, but here are my picks as they stand for the Best of Film in 2025:
